Essential Rehab is made up of highly-trained specialists providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help our clients maintain their independence. Our flexible approach allows for tailored care to meet individual needs in a range of settings. Meet the Team

Faith C. Roy, M.S., CCC-SLP

With a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Faith brings over 18 years of healthcare experience to her role as Vice President of Operations for Essential Rehab Solutions. Before joining the team, she served the rehabilitative needs of clients across multiple nursing facilities as Rehab Director and Speech Language Pathologist.

A Music & Memory certified professional, Faith has also provided dementia treatment training to facility staff in previous roles and continues to draw on this experience today.

Born and raised in Maurice, LA, Faith currently lives in Lafayette, LA with her husband and two daughters.

Kimberly C. Judice, PTA, MS

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Kimberly serves as the Director of Clinical Reimbursement at Essential Rehab Solutions. After graduating from Our Lady of the Lake College with an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans in 2002.

Kimberly’s diverse professional background encompasses a variety of healthcare settings, and she has worked in nursing facilities, home health services, outpatient care, and long-term acute care (LTAC) facilities alike. She is also a certified Mat Pilates and yoga instructor. Originally from New Iberia, LA, Kimberly’s roots in South Louisiana run deep, and she currently lives just outside of Lafayette in Youngsville, LA.

With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, Kimberly serves as the Clinical Director of Essential Rehab Solutions. After graduating from Our Lady of the Lake College with an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans in 2002.

Chantelle Fowler

PTA

Chantelle brings 30 years of experience to her role as Director of Clinical Operations for Essential Rehab Solutions. With an Associates degree in Applied Science, Chantelle worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant for 30 years. She then moved into management where she has experience as Director of Rehab and then Area Manager over multiple sites. Chantelle’s diverse professional background encompasses a variety of healthcare settings, and she has worked in skilled nursing facilities, acute rehab, outpatient care, and pediatric care.

Chantelle was born and raised in Amarillo, Tx. She currently resides in Eddy, Tx with her partner and two children.
